摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶刺激因子(CD147)和成纤维细胞生长因子-2(FGF-2)在鼻咽癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测81例鼻咽癌组织及43例鼻咽慢性炎症组织中CD147与FGF-2的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征和淋巴结转移的关系。结果肿瘤组织中CD147、FGF-2的阳性表达率均显著高于正常对照组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD147、FGF-2的阳性表达率在有淋巴结转移组均显著高于无淋巴结转移组,且与CD147、FGF-2二者的表达呈正相关(r=0.387,P<0.05)。结论 CD147、FGF-2的高表达可能在鼻咽癌的发生、发展中起一定的促进作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer (CD147) and the fibroblast growth factor 2(FGF-2) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical straining(SP) method was adopted for detecting the expression of CD147 and FGF-2 in 81 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 43 patients with normal tissues to analyze the relationship between clinicopathologic characteristics and lymph node metastasis. Results The positive expression rates of CD147 and FGF-2 in carcinoma tissue were prominently higher than those in the normal tissue with statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). The positive expression rates of CD147 and FGF-2 in the group with lymphatic metastasis were prominently higher than those in the group without lymphatic metastasis, and the expression of CD147 and FGF-2 is positively correlated with each other(P〈0.05). Conclusion The high expression of CD147 and FGF-2 plays a positive role in the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
