摘要 表面增强拉曼光谱(Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy,SERS)技术作为一种单分子水平的检测技术在众多领域都有广泛的应用.SERS技术的高灵敏性、可实时检测等特点,在环境领域有着巨大的应用前景.本文从增强基底材料的SERS效应、提高其选择性和优化实用性的三个方面介绍了SERS技术应用于环境污染物检测的最新研究进展,并在此基础上提出了今后SERS技术在环境领域的可能发展方向. Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS), a powerful single-molecule spectroscopy technology, is being applied in various research fields. SERS is a real time method with high sensitivity. There is growing excitement about the potential application of SERS in environmental domain. This article reviewed the recent researches in SERS detection of environmental pollutants. Considerable progresses in recent years have been summarized in three aspects: enhancing SERS effect, improving SERS selectivity, and optimizing SERS functionality. This review also predicted the future research trends for SERS technology in environmental field.
