摘要
分析了冷凝器热回收系统的工作原理,证实冷凝热回收既能减少冷却塔的热排放负荷量,又能用以制取生活热水。结合工程实例,通过对在压缩机排气口增加换热器的冷凝热回收系统进行定量分析,在设计工况下,得到了冷凝器中显热和潜热所占的比例,其中,冷凝热的显热部分占总冷凝热的14.2%,液化潜热占80.6%,过冷热量只占5.2%。并且,热水流量和热回收率都随热水的出水温度升高而降低。
The working principle of condensing heat recovery air-conditioning system is analyzed. It proved that the condensing heat recovery system not only relieves the heat rejection load of cooling tower, but also can be used in supplying hot water. Combining project case, we present a quantitative analysis on the system of condensing heat recovery hot water system which was added a heat exchanger at the exhaust port of the compressor. At the designed condition, results showed that among the condensation heat, the sensible heat accounts for 14.2%, the latent heat makes up 80.6% while the other 5.2% is subcooling heat. The water flow rate and the heat recovery rate decreases with the temperature of heated water increased.
