基于eQUEST能耗模拟的某办公楼空调方案分析 被引量:6

摘要 以夏热冬暖地区某办公楼为研究对象,利用eQUEST能耗模拟软件计算得到全年逐时空调负荷,对比模拟分析了三种常见空调方案的运行能耗和经济性。结果表明:对于夏热冬暖地区,办公建筑采用VRV变频多联机系统分别比冷源均为水冷螺杆机的全空气系统及风机盘管加新风系统节能5.4%和1.2%,其静态投资回收期分别比后两者缩短3.9年和0.49年。节能和经济效益均十分明显。 The hourly air conditioning load of an office building in hot summer and warm winter zone was simulated with eQUEST tool. Energy consumptions of the three commonly used air conditioning systems were compared, and some meaningful conclusions were reached. It is found that VRV inverter multi-line system performs better than air system and fan-coil system, with energy saving potential of 5.4% and 1.2% respectively. The static payback period can also be shortened by 3.9 years and 0.49 years, separately. All these implies that VRV inverter multi-line system preserves specular advantages in energy saving and economic effect.
