摘要
以多聚磷酸为掺杂剂,苯胺为单体,通过过硫酸盐氧化聚合方法制备了掺杂态聚苯胺。采用L25(56)正交设计方案,考察了各因素对掺杂态聚苯胺产量和电导率的影响。使用红外光谱、透射电镜、扫描电镜、热重方法对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,掺杂态聚苯胺的最佳制备条件为:反应温度15℃,n(过硫酸铵)∶n(苯胺)=1∶1,n(多聚磷酸)∶n(苯胺)=2∶1,反应时间2h,过硫酸铵滴加时间60min,多聚磷酸初始反应浓度1.5mol/L。该掺杂态聚苯胺的结构呈纳米纤维状,并以一种松散方式构成类似棉花状的团絮形态。具有良好的导电性和热稳定性。
Doped polyaniline was prepared by peroxysulphate oxypolymerization method with aniline as monomer and polyphosphoric acid as doping acid.Orthogonal test-schema with L25 (56) was adopted and effects on doped polyaniline yield and electric conductivity were explored.Property and structure were characterized by FT-IR,TEM,SEM and TG.The result shows that the optimum conditions for producing doped polyaniline are as that reaction temperature is 15 ℃,molar ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline is 1 ∶ 1,molar ratio of polyphosphoric acid and aniline is 2 ∶ 1,reaction time is 2 h,time for feeding ammonium persulfate is 60 min and the initial reaction density of polyphosphoric acid is 1.5 mol/L.With excellent electrical conductivity and heat stability,structure of doped polyaniline is manifested as nano-fiber and its form is presented as loose flocculation which is somewhat similar to cotton.
