摘要
褐煤将逐渐成为我国火力发电行业的主要燃料,但常规褐煤发电机组投资大、效率低.本文结合某1000 MW空冷凝汽机组实例,对比分析了低压省煤器和烟气预干燥两种节能技术对系统热经济性的影响情况,并分析了主要系统参数的影响规律.计算结果表明采用低压省煤器和烟气预干燥技术最多分别可使发电标准煤耗率降低1.99g·(kW·h)^(-1)和8.60 g·(kW·h)^(-1),烟气预干燥技术具备更加显著的节能潜力.
Lignite is becoming a main fuel for power generation in China. However, conventional lignite-fired power plant is always with a high investment and a low efficiency. The power plant integrated with low pressure economizer or flue gas dryer were comparatively analyzed with a 1000 MW air-cooling unit as a reference case, and main factors were quantitatively analyzed. Results show that the low pressure economizer and flue gas dryer can decrease the standard coal consumption rate to generate electricity by 1.99 g.(kW.h)^-1and 8.60 g·(kW·h)^-1, respectively. The flue gas pre-drying seems to have a higher potential for energy saving.
