摘要
对没食子酸生产废水进入生物法处理前进行碱中和性的预处理,通过对选择NaOH和Ca(OH)2这2种试剂进行对比实验研究,并确定了适合微生物生长繁殖、作用的优化反应条件:Ca(OH)2投加质量分数2.0%,在25℃下搅拌反应40min时,其BOD5/COD〉0.3,且pH为6.65-6.91;NaOH投加质量分数2.0%时,35℃下搅拌反应30min,其BOD5/COD〉0.3,且pH为7.22~7.55,为后续生物法处理奠定了基础。
The gallic acid production wastewater belongs to the acidic wastewater. Before entering the biological treatment, it should make some neutralizing alkali pretreatment. Here, NaOH and Ca(OH)2 were used for contrast experiment research, and the optimum reaction conditions for microbial growth were determined as follows: the plus of Ca(OH)2 is 2.0%, and then mix reaction under 25 ℃ for 40 min. The consequence of the waste water is that BOD5/COD 〉0.3 and pH 6.65-6.91; dose 2.0% NaOH and mix reaction under 35 ℃ for 30 min, the consequence of the waste water is that BOD5/COD〉0.3 and pH 7.22-7.55. The neutralizing alkali pretreatment research laid a foundation for the follow-up biological treatment.
