摘要
纯水通量代表超滤膜的生产能力,是超滤膜重要的表征参数之一。测定了聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维超滤膜的纯水通量,建立了纯水通量测定不确定分析数学模型。根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》中相关规定,运用不确定度传递原理评定了测量结果的不确定度。结果表明,该方法测量结果不确定度的主要来源是纯水通量重复性测量和测试水温。当超滤膜样品纯水通量为1.02×10-1 m3/(m2·h)时,测定结果的扩展不确定度为1.04×10-2 m3/(m2·h)。
Pure water flux is one of the most important characterization parameters of ultrafiltration membrane, which directly represents the membrane production capacity. The pure water flux of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane was determined and the mathematical model for uncertainty assessment was established. According to Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and the principle of error transfer, the components of the uncertainty in the measurement of pure water flux of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane were analyzed. The uncertainty of this method was mainly caused by replicate determination and the temperature of the pure water. The expanded uncertainty was 1.04×10^-2m^3/(m^2·h) as the pure water flux of hoUow fiber ultrafiltration membrane was 1.02×10^-2m^3/(m^2·h).
