摘要
马钢三铁2台360 m2烧结机为实施超厚料层生产,进行了一系列改善烧结料层透气性的探索,包括:摸索适宜的生石灰配比、适当增大熔剂粒度和钢渣配比、调整混合料水分及加水方式、提前润湿返矿、改进蒸汽预热装置、优化固体燃料粒度改善热态透气性等。在做好充分技术准备的前提下,900 mm超厚料层生产取得了利用系数提高0.128 t/(m2·h),转鼓强度提高0.23%,固体燃耗降低4.63 kg/t的效果。
Super deep bed production was implemented for two sets of 360 m2 sinter machines in No. 3 Iron-making Plant of Masteel ,a series of possibilities for improving the sintering bed permeability were explored, including finding the suitable quicklime proportion, properly increasing the flux particle size and steel slag proportion, adjusting the moisture of mixture and water addition approach, moistening return fines in advance, improving steam preheating device, optimizing particle size of solid fuels and improving permeability in thermal state etc. Under the premise of making full technical preparations, in view of 900 mm deep bed production,the productivity was increased by 0. 128 t/(m2 oh) ,the tumbler strength was improved by 0. 23% ,and the consumption of solid fuels was reduced by 4. 63 kg/t.
