摘要
目的 建立 RP- HPL C法分离检测大豆提取物中大豆苷元、染料木素、大豆苷、染料木苷 4成分含量的方法。方法 用 Zorbax SB- C1 8色谱柱 ,以甲醇 -乙腈 - 0 .1%磷酸 (30∶ 8∶ 6 2 )和甲醇 -乙腈 - 0 .1%磷酸 (16∶ 2 4∶ 6 0 )为流动相分别测定大豆苷元、染料木素和大豆苷、染料木苷 ,检测波长为 2 5 4nm。结果 大豆苷元、染料木素、大豆苷、染料木苷 4成分的平均回收率分别为 98.7% ,99.5 % ,98.4% ,98.6 % ;RSD分别为 1.4% ,0 .9% ,0 .9% ,1.7%(n=4)。结论 方法简便、准确。
