不同条件下保存后自体颅骨瓣活性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着标准化大骨瓣减压治疗的应用,临床中必然会出现越来越多的大面积颅骨缺损的病例,自体骨瓣具有其他颅骨修补材料不可比拟的优点。有关自体骨瓣保存后活性及术后远期活性的组织学及影像学的研究较为少见。骨瓣埋藏于腹壁下,病理检查发现为骨髓腔细胞的死亡;扫描电镜可见骨板及骨小梁均存在,但是陷窝内骨细胞逐渐死亡。深低温保存的颅骨瓣的骨细胞仅出现皱缩,骨胶质纤维稍紊乱,结构较稳定。组织学发现新鲜骨91.5%的骨陷窝内有骨细胞,冷冻骨73.3%的骨陷窝内有骨细胞,皮下保存骨45.8%的骨陷窝内有骨细胞。自体骨瓣皮下保存与深低温保存的临床和基础研究尚不完备,缺乏与临床治疗时间节点相一致的实验资料,需进一步研究。 The more widely use of standardization hemicraniectomy, the more patients suffer from large skull defects. Autologous bone is the most suitable material for these patients. While histological and imaging studies about autologous bone activity after preservation and long-term postoperative are rare. After being buried in the abdominal wall, Cells in bone marrow cavity were dead in pathological examination; bone plate and trabeeular bone were present, but the lacunae of bone cells gradually die under scanning electron microscopy. After cryopreservation, bone cells appear only shrinkage, glial fibrillary in slight disorder but bone structure keeps stable. In histological findings, there were bone cells in 91.5% of bone lacunae in fresh skull flap, 73.3% of bone lacunae in frozen bone; and 45.8% of bone lacuna after being buried in the abdominal wall. About autologous bone preserved in the abdominal wall and cryopreservation, clinical and basic researches are not yet complete. Therefore, it is necessary for further basic researches in clinical operation.
