摘要
目的：探讨在围术期开展优质护理服务对确保手术患者安全、手术室服务质量的体现及影响。方法：选取2010年6～12月在我院手术的患者120例为对照组，另选取2011年6～12月我院手术患者120例为观察组。对照组围术期采用常规护理，观察组围术期采用优质护理。结果：观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），而观察组差错发生率低于对照组，但两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：优质护理在围术期的开展使手术患者得到了更人性化、规范化的优质服务，促进了护患和谐，保障了手术患者的安全。
Objective：To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service in the perioperative period on ensuring the safety of opera -tion and quality of service in operation room .Methods：120 patients who received operation from June to December 2010 were taken as the control group and other 120 patients who received operation from June to December 2011 were taken as the observation group .The routine nursing care was taken in the perioperative period in the control group and the high quality nursing service was carried out in the periopera -tive period in the observation group .Results：The satisfaction rate of the patients was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group （P〈0.05）;the error rate was lower in the observation group than the control group ,but no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The high quality nursing service implemented in perioperative period can have patients get more hu -manized and standardized services ,which promote harmony between nurses and patients and guarantee the safety of patients as well .
