机械结合部单元静态变形分析研究

摘要 整机是由许多通过结合部连接的构件组成的整体,而螺栓结合部是机床设计中的主要问题之一。螺栓结合部的结合状态比较复杂,研究过程和方法也相对复杂。结合面的研究首先从结合面的静态特性开始。该文首先简要介绍了影响结合部静态特性的主要因素及接触理论,并通过非线性接触表面层理论对螺栓结合部的接触变形进行了解析计算,为整机结合部的静态特性分析提供了边界条件。 A machine tool as a whole has many joints connecting the structural components. Of these, the bolted joints are one of the primary concerns from the structural design of the machine tool. The bolted joints consist of the plane joint between the two connected parts, the smaller plane joint which is due to the bolt head connected with the upper part, and the screw thread joints. The behavior of the bolted joints is often under the nonuniform condition, so the research process and method is very complicated. The research of joint surface started from the static characteris- tics of joint surface. A machine system is composed of many parts. The no-linear boundary contact problems exist in a machine system. This paper firstly introduces the influence of static characteristic farming factors and contact theo- ry, and will be provides a boundary condition through the nonlinear contact surface layer theory of bolted joints col- umns of farming contact deformation in the analytical calculation.
