摘要
针对传统机械手的不足,构建了一个基于图像特征分析的智能型分拣机械手控制系统。利用CCD摄像机获取工件图像,由核心软件分析图像特征,依据判定规则实现气动机械手的分拣操作。实验结果表明此控制系统工作流程是可行的,算法设计是有效的。
For the defects of traditional pneumatic manipulator, this paper contracted a intelligent manipulator platform based on image features analysis. The platform did image acquisition by a CCD camera, analyzed image features by the core software and achieved the operation of workpieces sorting by a criterion. The experimental results show that the workflows of the platforms are feasible and the design of it's algorithms are effective.
