摘要
采用壳聚糖-硅藻土制备复合材料,研究复合材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能.分别试验了壳聚糖-硅藻土的不同配比、投加量、pH值、时间等因素对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附性能的影响.研究结果表明,在壳聚糖-硅藻土的配比为4.5%,投加量为12g/L,pH为6,吸附时间为100min时处理效果最好,Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率达到92.6%.在一定条件下,壳聚糖-硅藻土复合材料可以较好地处理含铬溶液.
In order to remove chromium in industrial wastewater, the effect of chitosan-diatomite composite on adsorption properties of Cr( VI )ions is studied. The study investigates the influence of many factors such as different ratios and dosage of chitosan-diatomite, pH and time on wastewater containing chromium. The results show that when the ratios of chitosan-diatomite composite is 4.5 % ,the dosage is 12g/L,pH is 6 ,adsorption time is 100 min,the treatment effect is optimal and the removal rate of chromium reaches 92.6 %. Therefore, chitosan-diatomite composites dispose wastewater containing chromium preferably under certain conditions.
