摘要
为解决精煤泥两次浮选、双段脱水回收流程处理高灰难浮煤泥二次浮选精煤灰分偏高,重介精煤"背灰"严重的难题,文章提出采用旋流微泡浮选柱作为二次浮选分选设备并进行相关试验研究。试验结果表明:浮选柱能解决重介精煤"背灰"难题,相比于传统浮选机,在精煤产率相当时,浮选柱分选精煤灰分降低3.44%,尾煤灰分提高1.67%,浮选完善指标提高6.54%;在精煤灰分相当时,精煤产率提高10.27%,尾煤灰分提高6.91%,浮选完善指标提高5.14%。
The ash of the secondary floatation clean coal is usually higher than requirement when treating high ash refractory coal slime with coal slime two - stage flotation, two - stage dewatering process, thus lump coal has to be separate at low ash level to meet the total ash requirement. The secondary floatation experiment was conducted with cyclone micro bubble flotation column. Compared with conventional flotation cells, the clean coal ash was 3.44% lower while the flotation perfect index was 6. 54% higher at similar clean coal productivity, and the clean coal productivity is 10. 27% higher while the flotation perfect index was 5.14% higher at the same clean coal ash content.
