摘要 由于新河煤矿顶板穿层抽采钻孔涌水量大,常用自动放水器满足不了放水量要求,需要安设大流量的自动放水器。基于此,文章在矿用负压自动放水器工作原理的基础上,提出了简便易行的改造方法,即以矿用负压自动放水器作为控制器,采用增加大容积储水器和大直径进、出水口的方法对自动放水器进行技术改造,实现了自动放水器大容量、大流量的技术改造目的,并通过现场应用,取得良好效果。 Due to a high water inflow quantity from the gas drainage borehole through the roof in Xinhe Mine, the conventional automatic water discharger could not meet the requirements of the water discharging quantity and a high flow automatic water discharger was needed and installed. Based on the circumstances, based on the working principle of the negative pressure automatic water discharger, a simple and practical reconstruction method was provided. The mine negative pressure automatic water discharger was applied as the controller. A method to add large volume water storage devices and to increase large diameter water income and outlet was applied to the technical reconstruction of the automatic water discharger. Thus the technical reconstruction target of the automatic water discharger with large volume and high flow was realized. With the site applications, excellent effect was obtained.
