摘要
校企合作对提高学生的实践能力、创新能力,实现高等教育与产业的无缝对接具有重要作用,但因未能构建良好的校企合作共容利益机制,我国校企合作普遍存在"学校热、企业冷"的问题。首先分析了我国目前校企合作的现状与问题,阐述了奥尔森的共容利益理论,然后探讨了校企合作共容利益主体及其利益,最后以吉首大学与中软国际合作培养软件工程人才为例,构建了校企合作共容利益机制,为高等学校进行校企合作提供理论参考。
The school-enterprise cooperation has an important role in enhancing practical ability ,innovation ability of the students ,and realizing seamless connection between higher education and industry ,but the problem of “school’s eagerness ,enterprise’s reluctance” generally exists in the school-enterprise cooperation due to the unestablished good encompassing interest mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation .This paper first analyzes the present situation and problems of school-enterprise cooperation ,sets forth the encompassing interests of Olsen theory ,and then discusses the encompassing interest body of school-enterprise cooperation and its interests .Finally ,taking the cooperation between Jishou University and ICS&S as an example ,this paper constructs the encompassing interest mechanism of the school-enterprise cooperation ,thus providing a theoretical reference for colleges and universities carrying out school-enterprise cooperation .
