摘要 在分析独立学院的人才培养目标、优势和劣势的基础上,探索用CDIO工程教育理念指导课程改革、"本科+技能"培养模式、灵活设置专业方向等,以实现工科专业人才培养与企业需求的无缝对接。 Base on analysis of independent College＇s training objectives, advantages and disadvantages, explore the CDIO philosophy for the reform of course, training mode of ＂undergraduate ＂and skills ＂and flexible set of professional direction. Complete the perfect connections of engineering talent and business needs.
