摘要
分段压裂是水平井开发关键配套技术之一,运用分段压裂可在较短时间内一次性完成对多个储层的压裂,并最大限度地减少对储层的伤害,达到多层合采提高单井产量、最大限度提高地质储量可动用程度的目的。西部油田深层碳酸盐岩水平井分段压裂是水平井分段压裂改造的重要工艺之一,研究选配性能可靠的分段压裂管柱是实施该项工艺的关键。为此,对国内外分段压裂工艺、工具进行研究,结合深层碳酸盐岩储层水平井特点,对封隔器、开关滑套等井下工具功能特点进行分析,研究优选可靠的分段压裂管柱,通过该分段压裂管柱现场的运用成功,解决了深层碳酸盐岩水平井分段压裂的难题。
Staged fracturing is one of the key supporting technologies in the horizontal well development. By using it,fracturing to multiple reservoirs can be completed in a relatively short period once a time,and the damage to the reservoir can be minimized maximum to reach the purpose of commingling production to rise the available geological reserves maximum. Staged fracturing to the deep carbonate horizontal well in the oilfields of western China is one of the significant technologies in the horizontal well staged fracturing reconstruction,and the key to implement this technology is to select and match staged fracturing string with reliable performance. Therefore,investigations and studies to the staged fracturing technologies and tools both in China and abroad,combined with the features of the deep carbonate reservoir horizontal well to analyze functions of down-hole tools such as packer and switch sliding sleeve and to optimize the reliable staged fracturing string,can solve difficulties of staged fracturing to the deep carbonate horizontal well through its successful application on the site.
