大面积SiO_2/Au核壳纳米粒子的制备及拉曼散射研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了对SiO2纳米粒子进行改性,文章采用硅烷偶联试剂(乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷),通过LB膜提拉法制备了大面积的SiO2纳米粒子单层膜,在该单层膜上溅射一层一定厚度的金壳,从而获得大面积SiO2/Au核壳纳米结构基底。用透射电镜、扫描电镜对制备的样品进行表征。以亚甲基蓝(MB)作为探针分子,对基底进行了表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)效应研究,对MB分子的增强拉曼振动峰进行了归属分析,并计算了该基底的拉曼增强因子,实验表明,该基底在表面增强拉曼散射中具有重要的应用前景。 The SiO2 nanoparticles were modified by using silane coupling agent Vinyl triethoxy silane ,and then the large area monolayer film of SiO2 nanoparticle was prepared by using LB film pulling method .A layer of gold shell was sprayed on this monolayer film to obtain the substructure of large area SiO 2/Au core-shell nan-oparticles structure .The samples were characterized by TEM and SEM .Methylene blue(MB) was used as a probe molecule to study the surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) effect .The attribution of Raman en-hanced vibrational peaks were analyzed and the Raman enhancement factor of the substructure was calculated . The experimental results show that the substructure has important application value for SERS .
