摘要
建立了缸体,缸盖的仿真模型:对装配模拟缸盖和真实缸盖的缸体的缸孔变形进行了数值模拟;并在相同状态下进行静态测量。试验结果表明:采用模拟缸盖技术加工的缸体,在装配缸盖后缸孔圆度、圆柱度较加工后精度变化小,圆度误差减小了近90%,可以很好的保证缸体在装配模拟缸盖后与缸体机机后缸孔精度的一致性。
The cylinder block and head of the simulation model is established; the assembly of the cylinder head and the real head of the cylinder block deformation were simulated; and static measurements carried out under the same condition. The results showed that: tile use of simulation technology machining of the cylinder head, the cylinder after the cylinder head assembly roundness, cylindrical precision machined small changes compared, roundness error is reduced by nearly 90%, a good cylinder body simulations in the assembly and the cylinder head after machine after machine precision bore consistency.
