国外全自动沙眼衣原体及淋球菌核酸双检技术新进展 被引量:1

摘要 沙眼衣原体(Chlamydiatrachomatis,CT)和淋球菌(Neisseriagonorrhoeae,NG)是全球最主要的性传播疾病的病原体。美国疾病控制预防中心CDC推荐16~25岁的年轻女性每年进行CT的筛查。我国从2008年已经开始对CT感染进行单独报病,而NG是我国法定上报的传染病。CT和NG的共感染现象非常普遍,因此研发的诊断技术平台也通常是同时检测两种病原体。
