摘要
本研究采用历时个案研究方法,深入分析了两位中学英语教师通过参加为期四个月的自愿研修活动在语法教学理念及实践上的变化。通过分析教师问卷及访谈、研修活动观察、教师课堂教学观察、学生问卷及访谈等多种数据,该研究发现两位教师在参加研修活动的过程中逐渐改变了自己的语法教学理念及实践。在这个变化过程中,教师的语法教学理念与实践相互促进、交互演变。自愿研修活动为教师提供了互相交流和学习的平台,促进了两位教师不断反思及进行教学尝试。
Taking a longitudinal case study approach, this study examined how two high school EFL teachers changed their beliefs and practices in grammar teaching through their participation in a voluntary teacher develop- ment program (VTDP) over four months. Multiple sources of data were collected, including observation notes, interviews, questionnaires, reflective journals, and relevant documents. Data analyses showed that the two teachers changed their beliefs and practices in grammar teaching practices gradually. In this process, belief change and practice change were found to be interrelated and mu- tually facilitated. And the VTDP provided the participating teachers a platform of mutual learning, encouraging the two teachers to constantly reflect on and experiment their teaching practices.
