摘要
针对厚度测量仪镀铬标准片的溯源性问题,采用自主设计的电解装置,实现了在45号钢基体表面局部镀铬,获得了厚度均匀的镀铬层,可以满足磁吸力厚度测量仪标准片的要求。
Aiming to the traceability of electroplated standard film for magnetic thickness gauge, an independently designed electroplating cell was applied to carry out local electroplating on 45# steel surface. A chromium electroplated coating with uniform thickness was achieved, which can meet the requirements of standard film for magnetic thickness gauge.
