主要探讨了食品可追溯体系在泡鸭爪加工中的应用,通过对产品生产工艺流程的记录和分析,设计了企业产品编码、生产过程编码和产品可追溯码,建立并更新企业中心数据库,及时对外发布数据,使得泡鸭爪产品的可追溯成为可能。
The application of food traceability system in pickled duck claw products was discussed in this article. Through the analysis and record of the production process, the enterprise product code, production process code and product traceability code were designed. Company center database was es- tablished and updated. The data was announced timely. Make it possible to the food traceability system in pickled duck claw products.
