摘要
鉴于我国目前还没有连续管钻井水力参数计算软件的现状,结合现场作业条件、前期计算模型分析和试验研究结果,编写了连续管钻井水力参数计算软件,并对软件的实用性进行了验证。软件采用菜单框架结构,一级框架采用菜单形式,二级菜单的引出全部采用窗体形式,充分考虑油田现场实际和操作人员要求,力求操作简单,界面简洁,功能完整。根据相关参数,软件可以对连续管钻井所需最小泵压和合适排量选择提供帮助。实例验证结果表明,该软件可以很好地实现预定功能,对现场作业起到指导作用。
There has so far been no hydraulic parameter calculation software for coiled tubing drilling inChina. Therefore, in combination of field operating conditions as well as previous calculation model analysis and ex- perimental study, the hydraulic parameter calculation software for coiled tubing drilling was compiled. The practical- ity of the software was verified. The software adopts the menu framework structure. The primary framework adopts the form of menu and the secondary menu presentation completely adopts the form view. A full consideration was given to the field reality in oilfields and the requirement of operating crew, aiming to achieve simple operation, clean in- terface and complete functions. According to the relevant parameters, the software can offer help to the selection of the minimum pump pressure and suitable displacement needed by coiled tubing drilling. The example verification shows that the software can achieve the expected function very well and serve as a guide to field operation.
