摘要
针对常规长冲程抽油机高塔架稳定性差,低矮型无平衡及载荷小的问题,研制了低矮型长冲程节能抽油机。利用双向液马达蓄能平衡技术,简化了抽油机结构,在整机高度2.8 m的条件下实现了12 m长冲程抽油。该抽油机的液力平衡惯性载荷较小,调节方便;双向液压马达机械效率高,漏失少。通过现场测试和效果跟踪,截至目前,低矮型长冲程节能抽油机最长无故障运转周期12个月,平均泵效提高37%,平均节电率达到29%,累计增油1 850 t,累计节电4.08×104kW·h,增油节能效果显著。
The high-rise tower of conventional long stroke pumping unit is poor in stability and the low-rise tower has no balance with a small load. Therefore, the low-size long stroke energy-saving pumping unit was devel- oped. Two-way hydraulic motor energy-storage balance technology was used to simplify the structure of pumping u- nit, and the height of the whole machine is only 2. 8 m. The hydraulic inertial load of the unit is small and thus it is easy to regulate. The mechanical efficiency of the hydraulic motor is high, with little leakage. The unit can carry out oil production with a stroke of 12 m. The field test indicates that the maximum fault-free running cycle of the unit is 12 months. The average pump efficiency improves by 37% ; the average electricity-saving rate reaches 29% ; the cumulative oil increment is 1 850 tons; the cumulative power saving amounts to 4.08 × 104 kW · h. The effect of oil increment and energy conservation is remarkable.
