摘要
为了有效预防井筒断脱管柱落入水平井段,实现水平井长期安全、高效生产,结合生产实际,在国内外调研的基础上研制了管柱断脱阻落物装置。装置主要由相对滑动机构、力能自锁机构、机械锚定机构和自封胶筒等组成。装置采用机械坐封,同时将力能锁定,解封后若出现管柱断脱仍然能够通过锁定的力能使装置锚定,主动制动管柱,自封胶筒能够对落物下落速度进行缓冲,实现了防落技术由被动防御向主动预防的转变。室内测试和现场试验结果表明,装置的解封力小,性能可靠,操作简单,能实现井下落物的有效阻止。
To prevent effectively broken pipe string from falling into horizontal well-section, and achieve long- term, safe and high-efficiency production in horizontal wells, the blocking device for brnken string was developed on the basis of investigating domestic and foreign relevant literatures. The device mainly consists of relative sliding mechanism, fore.e-energy self-locking mechanism, mechanical anchoring mechanism and self-sealing packer rub- her. The device adopts meehanieal setting and meanwhile locks force-energy. After releasing, the device can still be anchored by locked foree-energy if string is broken, actively braking the string. The self-sealing packer rubber can buffer the falling velocity of fish, achieving the change of fish-preventing technology from passive defense to active prevention. The laboratory testing and field test findings show that the releasing foree of the device is small, with re- liable pedbrmance and simple operation. It can achieve the effective blocking of downhole fish.
