摘要
[目的]旨在优化乙嘧酚的合成工艺,寻找一条适合工业生产的工艺路线。[方法]以硫脲为原料,经过甲基化、乙胺取代、环合得到目标产物乙嘧酚。[结果]目标产物的总收率达70.5%,其结构经MS、1H N M R确证。[结论]该路线原料易得、收率较高、操作简便、条件温和,为工业化生产奠定了基础。
[Aims] This study aims to obtain a reasonable synthetic route of ethirimol on industrial scale. [Methods] Ethirimol was synthesized from thiourea via four steps including alkylation, methylation, ethylamine substitution and cyclization. [Results] The total yield was 70.5%. The structures of products and intermediates were determined by 1H NMR or MS. [Conclusions] The synthesis technology has advantages of easily available raw materials, high yield, simple operation and mild conditions, which lays the groundwork for industrial production of ethirimol.
