摘要 【目的】建立烟草中10种除草剂的GPc—GC分析方法,以进行烟草上除草剂快速检测。【方法】采用1%醋酸乙腈提取烟草中10种除草剂,经凝胶渗透色谱净化、气相色谱测定,外标法定量。【结果】10种除草剂在凝胶渗透色谱中的洗脱时间为15—30min,在气相色谱中的相对保留时间为24.3~41.0min。10种除草剂在烟草中平均添加回收率为83.8%~100.1%,相对标准偏差为1.93%~8.91%;检测限为0.001~0.004mg/kg。【结论】方法操作简单、准确、灵敏度高、净化效果好,适合烟草中10种除草剂的残留分析。 [Aims] The research established the analysis method of GPC-GC, for fast residue detection of herbicides on tobacco. [Methods] Samples were extracted with 1% acetic acid and methyl cyanide, cleaned with gel permeation chromatography, and detected with gas chromatography. [Results] The elution time of the 10 herbicides were 15-30 min, and the relative retention time were 24.3-41.0 min. The results showed that the recovery was 83.8-100.1%, the relative standard deviation was 1.93-8.91%, and the detection limit was 0.001-0.004 mg/kg. [Conclusions] This method was adapted to residue analysis of 10 herbicides on tobacco, with simple operation, good veracity, high delicacy and good cleaning effect.
