摘要
吞咽时舌与上腭之间的压力测量是一种非侵入性的、定量的舌功能评估方法。本文从吞咽过程中舌压力测定的方法,不同姿势、不同食团状态、不同人群中舌压力的变化,以及舌压力对吞咽困难的预测等方面对舌压力测量进行综述。
The measurement of pressure between tongue and the hard palate during swallowing is an evaluation method which is non-invasive and accurately quantitative. This article reviewed the measurement of tongue pressure, the changes of pressure in different poses, bolus types and people, as well as the prediction of dysphagia according to tongue pressure.
