摘要
目的探讨低剂量CT扫描技术在肝脏平扫中的应用价值。方法将80例行肝脏平扫者随机分为A、B两组,固定其它扫描参数,分别采用360mA和250mA进行扫描,然后统计分析两组主观质量评分、客观噪声和有效剂量(ED)之间的差异。结果 A、B两组图像主观质量评分分别为(4.61±0.42)和(4.43±0.31),客观噪声分别为(10.23±1.39)和(10.72±1.56),差异均无统计学意义(t=1.342,0.432,P>0.05);B组有效剂量(6.31±0.98)mSv与A组(8.15±3.20)mSv相比明显降低了约22.6%(t=1.651,P<0.05)。结论在肝脏CT平扫中,采用低剂量扫描技术既能保证图像质量,又能明显降低受检者辐射剂量,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the application value of low-dose CT scanning technology in the liver examination. Methods Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups (A and B). Other scanning parameters were fixed, and 360 mA and 250 mA were used respectively to scan. The differefices in the imaging quality scores, imaging noises and radiation dose were compared. Results The imaging quality scores of two groups (A and B) were (4.61 ±0.42) and (4.43±0.31), respectively, the imaging noises of two groups (A and B) were (10.23± 1.39) and (10.72±1.56) , without significant difference (t=1.342,0.432,P〈0.05); the radiation dose of group B was significantly reduced about 22.6% compared with group A(t= 1. 651 ,P〈0.05). Conclusion Using low-dose CT scanning technology in the liver examination can ensure the imaging quality, reduce the radiation dose, and have certain clinical application value.
