超薄铁电膜的居里温度及表面效应(续)

摘要 采用平均场理论下的横场Ising模型 ,得到同时考虑Ωs≠Ω ,Js≠J情况下超薄铁电膜的居里温度表达式 利用所得出的居里温度表达式 ,分别计算了不同层数超薄铁电膜的居里温度与表面赝自旋相互作用和表面隧穿频率的关系 ,通过分析 。 The Curie temperature expressions of ultra-thin ferroelectric films are obtained by using the trensverse field Ising model in the mean-field approximation theory under the Ω s≠Ω,J s≠J study,by means of Curie teemprerature xepressions. The Curie temprerature as functions of n ,as well as the Values of J s and Ω s for the Surface layer,Finally,the new information of Surface effects displayedibt the Curie temprerature are ablained.
