摘要
小反刍兽疫(Peste des petits ruminants,PPR)是由副黏病毒科麻疹病毒属的小反刍兽疫病毒(Peste des petits ruminants virus,PPRV)引起的包括一些野生动物在内的小反刍动物的一种急性、烈性、致死性、高度接触性传染病。自从首次发生以来一直呈扩大趋势,成为了严重危害畜牧业生产安全的重大跨国动物疫病之一。疫苗接种是预防和控制小反刍兽疫的重要手段。本文阐述了该病的流行动态,并介绍了几种小反刍兽疫疫苗的研究进展,为该病的研究和有效防控提供理论依据。
Peste Des Petits Ruminants is an acute, potent, lethal, highly contagious disease, caused by Peste Des Petits Ruminants Virus attributable to Paramyxovirus Division,Morbillivirus. Since the first outbreak of this disease has shown a tendency to expand, it is becoming one of the major cross-border animal diseases endangering the safety of livestock production seriously. Vacci-nation is an important strategy of prevention and control of Peste Des Petits Ruminants, this pa-per introduces prevalence of Peste Des Petits Ruminants and several vaccines’ application prog-ress, and it will provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control of this disease.
