摘要
采用固相反应法合成了Y2 O3_B2 O3_Nb2 O5:Bi3+、Eu3+发光体。通过X_射线粉末衍射确定了其结构 ;通过激发光谱和发光光谱的测试 ,讨论了材料的发光特性及Bi3+对Eu3+的敏化作用。
The luminescent material of Y 2O 3_B 2O 3_Nb 2O 5:Bi 3+ 、Eu 3+ was prepared by solid state reaction. The phase of the phosphor was checked with X_ray powder diffraction. Its excitation and emission spectra were measured and the energy transfer between Eu 3+ and Bi 3+ ion was discussed as well.
