摘要
以三聚氰胺和甲醛为主要原料,并加入醇类和胺类组成的助剂C来清除残余的甲醛,制备消粘剂A;以改性聚丙烯酰胺为主要原料制备凝聚剂B。对过喷油漆废水进行凝聚处理研究,确定了一种的最佳制备工艺,其中消粘剂A的成分为n(三聚氰胺)∶n(甲醛)∶n(助剂C)=1∶2∶1,凝聚剂B的主要成分为阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺。该漆雾凝聚剂中的消粘剂A和凝聚剂B的最佳配比V(A)∶V(B)=1∶1时,漆雾去除率为97.8%。
Taken melamine and formaldehyde as the main materials, and adding additives consisting of alcohols and amines C to remove residual formaldehyde, adhesives eliminate A was prepared, with modi- fied polyacrylamide flocculant as the main raw material coagulant B was prepared, the optimum preparation process was determined according to the research of coagulation treatment of overspray paint wastewater, wherein the elimination A has a composition of melamine: formaldehyde: Additive C (molar ratio) = 1:2: 1, coagulant B has the main component of anionic polyacrylamide. The best ratio of eliminate A and coagulant B in the mist coagulant is V(A) :V(B) = 1:1, then the removal of mist is up to 97.8%.
