摘要
目的研究当归含水量、硫磺用量、熏制及贮藏时间对二氧化硫残留量及阿魏酸的影响。方法采用k(3。)正交实验设计。结果当归含水量为15%~20%、硫磺用量为0.025kegkg药材、熏制24h的处理当归中二氧化硫残留量最小,为251.54mg/kg;贮藏60d后,各处理当归中二氧化硫残留量均有所减少,平均降幅达到54.5%,其中含水量为20%-25%、硫磺用量为0.025kegkg药材、熏制48h的处理,在贮藏60d后当归中二氧化硫残留量降幅达73.7%,残留量最少,为78.35megkg;当归含水量为15%~20%,硫磺用量0.025kegkg,熏制24h,阿魏酸损失少,为0.4022mg·g^-1。结论含水量较低(15%-25%)、硫磺用量控制在0.025kegkg药材水平、熏制时间较短(24h)时,熏制后的当归中二氧化硫残留量较低,阿魏酸含量同比较高。同时,贮藏60d后,二氧化硫残留量降幅较大。
This paper used the orthogonal experimental design to study the influence of sulfur dioxide and ferulic acid residues. It consisted of angelica water content, sulfur, dosage of smoked and storage time . The results shown that sulfur content on the sul- fur dioxide residues effeets are the very significant, smoked time on the influence of the sulfur dioxide residues are remarkable, the moisture content of sulfur dioxide residues are not significant. When Angelica water content was 15% - 20%, sulfur amount for O. 025 kg/kg, smoked 24 hours of medicinal materials processing of SO2 residues are minimal, is 251.54 mg/kg. Different treatment sulfur dioxide remains with the storage time of that relationship, storage 60 days, the processing of SO2 residues are de- creased, on average, fell to 54.5%. Of whieh water content was 20% -25% , sulfur amount for 0. 025 kg/kg, smoked 48 hours of medicinal materials processing, in storage after 60 days return of SOz residues dropped of 73.7%, the least quantity is 78.35 mg/kg. Water content was 20% -25 %, sulfur amount for 0. 025 kg/kg, smoked 24 hours of medicinal materials processing, the content of ferulic acid is 0. 402 2 mg/g.
