虫草多糖微波辅助提取工艺的优化 被引量:15

摘要 以蛹虫草子实体为原料,虫草多糖的产率为指标,利用单因素试验和Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计对虫草多糖的微波辅助提取工艺进行优化;重点考察微波功率、料水比、微波处理时间、提取次数等因素对多糖产率的影响。结果表明,虫草多糖最佳提取工艺条件为微波功率534 W,萃取时间4min,料水比1∶37(m∶V),提取次数2次,该条件下虫草多糖的理论得率为12.21%,实际得率为12.1%,相对误差为0.9%,说明采用响应面分析法优化工艺所得到的提取条件参数可靠,此法具有一定的应用价值。 Cordyceps Militaris was studied as the main raw material. The effects of microwave power, material-solvent ratio, microwave treatment time and the extraction times on the yield of polysaccharides were discussed by single factor test using the yield of polysaccharide as an index. The optimal conditions were as followed : microwave power 534 W, material solvent ratio 1 : 37(m : V) , time of extraction 4 minutes and extracted twice. Under the optimal condi tions, the yield of polysaccharide was 12.21%. The actual yield of the polysaccharides was detected as 12.1% when adjusted as well as the rate of error was 0.9%. The extraction conditions parameter obtained by the response surface methodology to optimize the extrac- tion technology was credible and had feasibility and application value.
