渐进性阶梯式工程实践教学体系的构造 被引量:38

摘要 针对目前高校培养的软件人才在工程实践能力、创新能力以及国际竞争力等方面难以满足软件产业需求的不足,本文借鉴国际软件工程标准规范,探索了"三阶八环"的软件工程实践模型。文中构建了渐进性阶梯式软件工程人才培养的实践教学体系,自主研发了实践教学管理平台,建立了量化可控的过程化实践教学质量保障体系,探索了与国际名校名企深度互动融合的新机制。实践教学效果表明,基于实践教学管理平台的质量保障体系更有利于奠定学生扎实的技术理论基础,强化工程实践能力培养,全面提高学生综合素质与创新能力。 Nowadays, graduated software talents can hardly meet the requirements of software industry in engineering practice ability, innovation and international competitiveness. Under the background, this paper studies the software engineering practice model of "Three-Stages-Eight-Links" based on international software engineering standards. In this paper, we construct a practice teaching system based on gradual software engineering personnel training which includes independently-developed practice teaching management platform, quantified practice teaching quality assurance system and a new interactive mechanism with world-known universities and enterprises. The results of practice teaching show that the quality assurance system based on practice teaching platform is applicable to lay firm technology foundation for students, strengthen their engineering practice ability, and enhance their comprehensive quality and innovation ability of students.
