摘要
采用盘耦合形式的同轴方形谐振腔结构,设计了一款中心频率为932 MHz,阻带带宽4 MHz,阻带抑制–55dB的窄带带阻滤波器。在同轴腔结构与传输线之间引入耦合盘构成带阻滤波单元,使用Designer与HFSS软件对电路模型与3D结构模型进行仿真优化,最后根据仿真模型进行加工测试。实测结果与仿真结果基本吻合,在阻带边缘具有良好的边缘陡峭度。该滤波器结构简单,易调谐。
A coupled coaxial square cavity resonator structure was applied to design a narrow bandstop filter, with a center frequency of 932 MHz, a stopband bandwidth of 4 MHz and stopband attenuation of -55 dB. The unit of the bandstop filter was implemented with introducing a coupled disc between the resonator and the mainline. Optimized simulations on circuit model and 3D model were obtained by software of Designer and HFSS, on this basic a physical filter was manufactured and measured. The measured results show a good agreement with simulation results and fine edge steepness in stopband edge. Moreover, the filter has simple structure, easy-tuning.
