基于ABAQUS的尾渣场稳定性分析 被引量:5

Stability analysis of dumping waste based on the use of ABAQUS software

摘要 露天开采剥离物形成的尾渣场,其特性及破坏过程与土质边坡、岩质边坡均有不同。使用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,应用强度折减弹塑性原理,结合工程实例对尾渣场边坡进行了稳定性分析。采用不同临界破坏判据分析安全系数,结果表明,采用特征部位位移比塑性区贯通为判据得到的安全系数更具有实际意义,同时使用极限平衡法进行对比计算,得到的值基本一致。对塑性区的发展过程进行分析,尾渣场边坡是先在中上部出现塑性变形,然后向上再向下发展,最后贯通而导致边坡最终破坏,这是尾渣场边坡破坏的自身规律。通过位移等值线云图及增量位移的方法判断了滑动面的位置,得出其破坏面为近似直线的形状。将分析结果与实验室破坏模型试验进行对比,其结论是一致的。 This paper intends to make a stability analysis of dumping waste based on the finite element analysis of the software ABAQUS and the shear strength reduction technique. As is known, the charac- teristics and failure process of the dumping waste in the upen-easl mining sites are different from the ordinary snil and rock-piles. While we are going to introduce the approach to analyzing such dumping waste by using the elastic-plastic failure criterion Mohr-Coulomb mod- el and the principle of the strength reduction me/hod in ABAQUS, what we want to do is to establish an engineering analysis model and give a summary of the processing projects. For the above said pur- pose, we have adopted three methods of critical failure criteria In c- valuate the safety coefficient and corresponding safety coefficient, which indicate that it is more meaningful to take the characteristics of the displacement and plastic zone breakthrough as the criterion of the satbty coefficient. At the same time, we have also adopted the limit equilibrium method to test if the calculation results we have gained in this way are consistent with what is gained in this paper so as tn pruve the reliability of our analysis. Moreuver, the whole failure process of the slopes has been analyzed in the paper, along with our depiction of the whole developmental process of slope plastiC deformation via the software ABAQUS in the form of successive pictures. Through the analysis, we have proved that the plastic deformation of the dumping waste slope tends to start from the top-middle, and then evolves from the top level to the bottom, and eventually pushing it to cause its final destruction, from which we can deduce the law of tailing slag slope sliding. It is just due to the above said situation that we have used the Displacement lsoline Nepbogram and the method of ineremental dis- placement to evaluate the sliding surface position and make clear the sliding mode. Thus, it can be concluded that the shape of the sliding surface is an approximately straight line. Therefore, comparing the analysis results to the destruction mode test conducted in the laborato- ry, our conclusion pro,les the reliabihty of the method proposed in this paper.
