脂联素国内外研究进展 被引量:21

摘要 脂联素在人体的作用广泛,特别在抗动脉粥样硬化方面、胰岛素增敏方面、抗炎方面、与交感神经系统(SNS)作用方面、与肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)作用方面,更是有着其特异性。此外,脂联素与多种疾病的发生发展有关,特别与高血压、糖尿病、冠心病及代谢综合征关系密切。本文试从脂联素的生理作用及疾病相关性的国内外文献资料展开综述。
