摘要
针对江苏油田深部泥页岩不稳定地层导致的复杂及含泥页岩长水平段水平井、大位移井的井壁稳定、润滑、携岩及托压等问题,结合江苏油田特点及环保要求,开展了仿油基钻井液探索性研究,优选出聚醚多元醇JMC-60、高效页岩抑制剂DYZ-1、惰性纳米材料DS-RH325等处理剂,形成了初步的仿油基钻井液体系配方,其页岩抑制性、高温高压滤失性能及润滑性基本达到油基钻井液水平,为江苏油田复杂区块井及含泥页岩水平井钻井提供了新的技术思路和研究方向。
Aimed to the downhole troubles with deep shale formations instability and down- hole problems such as wellbore stability, lubricity,carrying rocks and torque control in hori- zontal wells with long horizontal sections and large displacement wells,combined with Jiangsu oilfield characteristics and environmental requirements,the research on pseudo oil-based drilling fluid exploratory was carried out. Some treatment agents such as polyether polyol JMC-60,efficient shale inhibitor DYZ-1 and inert nanomaterials DS-RH325 were optimized. A preliminary pseudo oil-based drilling fluid formula system was designed.Its shale inhibi- tion,HTHP filtration loss and lubrication almost reached the level of oil-based drilling fluid. It can be anticipated that the research is instructive to new technical ideas and research di- rections for drilling in complex blocks and horizontal wells containing shale in Jiangsu oil- field.
