摘要
为探讨坝上口蘑提取液对小鼠的抗应激作用,分析了喂食坝上口蘑水提液(剂量分别为10、20、40mL/kg)、坝上口蘑醇提液(剂量分别为10、20、40mL/kg)、黄芪水提液(10mL/kg)(阳性对照)和生理盐水(空白对照)对小鼠耐寒、耐缺氧和抗疲劳以及体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果显示,与生理盐水组比较,坝上口蘑水提液高剂量组小鼠耐寒存活时间延长28.11%,抗化学缺氧存活时间延长37.94%,耐常压缺氧存活时间延长25.23%,负重游泳时间延长53.40%,小鼠血浆中SOD活性提高66.58%,MDA含量降低36.89%,差异均达极显著水平;而醇提液的效果较弱。可见,坝上口蘑水提液具有明显的抗应激作用。
To study the effect of Tricholoma mongolicum on anti-stress of mice,the water extract of Tricholorna rnongoZicum (10,20,40 mL/kg), alcohol extract of Tricholoma rnongolicum (10, 20,40 mL/kg),water extract of Radix astragalus (10 mL/kg) and saline were given to mice by oral administration, and the effects on cold-resistant, anti-hypoxia, anti-fatigue of mice and the contents of SOD and MDA in vivo were studied. As the result displayed,compared with the effect of saline,the high dose of the water extract of Tricholorna rnongolicurn could significantly enhance the survival time under cold by 28.11% ,chemical hypoxia by 37.94% and normal pressure hypoxia by 25.23% ,burden swimming by 53.40%,and could significantly improve the activity of SOD by 66.58~//oo and reduce the content of MDA by 36.89% in the plasma. All the changes had significant different. But the effect of the alcohol extract of Tricholoma rnongolicum was weak. The results indicate that the water extract of Radix: astragalus have significant anti-stress effect.
