摘要
采用硬度、拉伸和微型剪切试验研究了轨道列车用7N01-T4铝合金在单脉冲MIG焊、双脉冲MIG焊和超威弧MIG焊三种焊接工艺条件下焊接接头的力学性能。结果表明:双脉冲MIG焊焊接接头系数要高于单脉冲焊和超威弧焊;双脉冲焊和超威弧焊比单脉冲焊的热影响区宽度要窄;超威弧焊接接头的韧性和塑性均要优于双脉冲接头和单脉冲接头。超威弧MIG焊接方法可以改善铝合金焊接接头整体性能。
The 7N01-T4 aluminum welded joints of single pulse MIG welding technology ,double pulse MIG welding technology and force-arc MIG welding technology were researched by hardness, tensile strength and micro cut technology.The results showed that the joints coefficient of double pulse MIG welding technology were higher than single pulse MIG welding technology and force-arc MIG welding technology.The width of HAZ of double pulse MIG welding technology and force-arc MIG welding technology were higher than single pulse MIG welding technology.The toughness and plasticity of force-arc MIG welding technology were higher than single pulse MIG welding technology and double pulse MIG welding technology.The force-arc MIG welding technology can improve the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy welded joints.
