响应面分析法优化废弃鸡蛋壳制备丙酸钙 被引量:6

摘要 对以废弃鸡蛋壳为原料利用中和法制备丙酸钙的工艺进行了研究,考察了反应温度、反应时间、液固比3个因素对丙酸钙产率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应面分析法对制备丙酸钙的工艺条件进行优化,得出最佳实验条件为:反应时间62℃、反应时间6.25 h、液固比9.6∶1,产率可达70.90%。 It was studied using discarded egg shells as raw materials to prepare calcium propionate,Three factors on the yield of calcium propionate were inspected. They were reaction temperature, reaction time, liquid to solid ratio. On the basis of the single-factor test, The preparation of process conditions were optimize by response surface methodology. The optimum experimental conditions were as follows:reaction time 62℃ ,reaction time 6.25 h ,the liquid feed ratio of 9.6:1 ,the yield is 70.90 %.
