摘要
本文对毕节地区重点污染源和生态环境进行动态监测技术研究,把对重点污染源的定点监测和对生态环境的区域监测进行有机结合,使区域生态环境评价具有定量化的指标依据。在此基础上把污染源动态监测系统、空间分析、评价模型和地理信息系统进行集成,研究建立毕节地区环境综合监控平台,系统已经过严格的测试和业务试运行,证明能够很大程度地提高监测编报、信息采集、网络传输、数据管理、信息分发和综合评价服务的自动化程度。
This paper researched on the key pollution sources and ecological environment of Bijie region, dynamically integrated the sentinel monitoring of key pollution sources and the regional monitoring of ecological environment, in order to make the regional ecological environment evaluation based on quantified indicators. On this basis, the dynamic monitoring system of pollution sources, spatial analysis and evaluation models and geographic information system were integrated to develop and construct a comprehen' sive environmental monitoring platform of Bijie region. The system has been rigorously tested and then preliminarily operated, and the result showed that it would improve the degree of automation on preparation and reporting of monitoring, information collection, network transmission, data management, information distribution and comprehensive evaluation services.
