摘要
法兰连接是石油化工装置中最常用的连接结构。通常法兰连接螺栓的紧固主要是靠人力来完成,易造成螺栓紧固力不均匀,出现密封泄漏。文中通过对力矩多种计算方法的比较,筛选出一种科学的力矩计算方法,在装置检修中应用效果良好。
Flange connection is the most commonly-used connection structure. The tightening of flange-connected bolts is usuallydone manually,which is prone to cause the bolt tightening force uneven and the seal leak happening. By comparison of severalcalculation methods for torque,a scientific torque calculation method is selected,which has good application result in plantmaintenance.
