循环酶法检测血清同型半胱氨酸的分析性能评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价循环酶法检测血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的分析性能,以建立适合本实验室的相关标准。方法依据美国临床和实验室标准化协会(CLSI)颁布的系列 EP文件,分别对北京九强公司生产的循环酶法 Hcy检测试剂盒进行精密度评价、线性评价、参考区间分析、抗干扰实验分析和回收实验分析。结果批内变异系数为2.28%,批间变异系数为1.62%,天间变异系数为1.28%,总变异系数为3.04%;线性范围为3~52μmol/L;健康者参考区间(95%置信区间)为5.4~16.5μmol/L;血清标本总胆红素浓度不超过296.67μmol/L、三酰甘油浓度不超过4.74 mmol/L、血红蛋白浓度不超过6.00 g/L时,对 Hcy检测结果的干扰偏差不超过10%;平均回收率为94.72%。结论循环酶法检测 Hcy精密度好、线性范围宽、抗干扰能力强、回收率较高,是目前临床实验室值得推广应用的常规检测方法。
